Non-Delivery of Digital Items
If you have purchased a CS2 skin or other digital item and it has not been delivered to your Steam account or designated gaming platform within 24 hours of purchase completion, you may be eligible for a refund.
Item Discrepancy
If the item delivered significantly differs from what was described on our website (e.g., different wear quality, pattern, or item type), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Minor visual differences that are within normal variation do not qualify for refunds.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with our platform that results in an unintended purchase (e.g., duplicate purchases due to payment processing errors), you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate or unintended purchase.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you discover unauthorized purchases made through your account, you should:

- User Error: Providing incorrect Steam ID or other account information resulting in delivery issues is not grounds for a refund.
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with Steam or other third-party platforms that prevent you from using your purchased items are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.
- Trade or Market Restrictions: Items that become subject to trade or market restrictions after purchase due to Steam or Valve policies are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your request:
- Your order number
- The email address associated with your account
- The item(s) for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your request

Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Refund Method
